All purchases made via this website are risk-free, and can be returned for full credit within 7 days of receipt, provided the artwork is undamaged. Shipping of your purchase of an original painting or limited edition giclee to you is free of charge. (Exception: Print-to-order purchases are handled through a service bureau, and shipping is charged.) Express shipping can be arranged at buyer's expense.

Limited edition giclees are printed on high-quality, six-color archival equipment, and UV coated to further extend longevity. According to manufacturer's tests, giclee prints handled with care can be expected to last a lifetime without fading or color shift.

DEALERS:

Works by James Caron can be acquired by legitimate art dealers, framing galleries, and interior designers at a trade discount. Send an email describing the work/s you are interested in, including your company name, address and phone number, and we will respond with order instructions.

RETURNS:

Should a purchased work or print not be to your complete satisfaction, it may be returned for full credit with no questions asked. We ask that you notify us by email of your decision and return the work in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Note: please return rolled canvas prints unstretched.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the art purchaser. Please insure your shipments, since no return credit can be given to you for materials received damaged -- even by the shipping company after leaving your possession.
